The Aus MTBO Champs fast approaching

It’s just over 6 weeks until the Australian MTBO Champs are on at Anglesea – 6-8 November. The organising team has been working on these events for over 2 years and we are confident it will be an outstanding and enjoyable championships for all. We were attracted to this area as it is a spectacular and scenic part of the country and will provide some wonderful riding opportunities on brand-new maps. The native coastal forest in these parts is a beautiful backdrop when riding these trails, and is such a different experience to our usual Victorian MTBO maps. When added to the spectacular coastal scenery and views, it is sure to be a winner.

The setters have been out testing courses in recent weeks and can report that the trails are in great condition. Tune your bikes for fast and flowing and tune your brains for a navigational challenge.

All we need now is for everyone to enter on Eventor. Please get your entries in soon. Entries close in 34 days – 26 October.
We have set up a Championships Facebook page  so make sure you like it and get everyone else to as well. The Champs is a Facebook public event  so send invites to all of your friends and let us know if you’re going.

Don’t forget to enter the Youies Preamble warm-up event at the You Yangs on the Friday afternoon. Also, the following weekend is a 6 hour Cyclogaine at Daylesford on Sunday 15th Nov.
